I will be Mr. Obvious, but this type of performance did not help recruiting today. This team is performing way below my expectations. If you want the big gun players to come to your school you have to be playing at a high level and we are just not doing that. You can say that our defense played better today but Northern Illinois is not a good offense at all and they played with their back up QB. How do you fix this? Let us hope they find a solution, because we are stepping into Big Ten play and it does not get any easier. Unbelievable!!!!
