Is there a worse team in sports? Their owner said he was going to hire a new coach who would be the ‘highest-level coach in the league with an unbelievable track record’.

New coach is Ron Fogarty. He had some success at Adrian College before going 90-169-27 as head coach of Princeton.

Unbelievable. Unbelievable what has gone on with this once proud organization.

Man, I miss going to their games whenever I was out in Omaha. My dad (HuskerPreacher from back in the day here) used to always take me to at least 1 game every year when we were out visiting family for Christmas.

One of my favorite memories was going to a Lancers/Stars game in Lincoln. It happened to be the same day and time as Nebraska's bowl game that year. The arena was almost empty, and all 12 people on our section were huddled around one guys hand held, black and white TV watching the bowl game instead of the hockey game. 🤣
