Anyone have any insight on why we may not have offered this kid? Was just watching the Army Bowl Game 1 on 1's and he definitely held his own. Not saying that warrants an offer, but when the likes of Mich, Aub, Oregon and ND have offered it makes me wonder why we didn't like this 500 mile radius WR?
