I incorrectly assumed the NCAA had a system that would prevent a scanner from intercepting calls. Silly me. I saw a team on TV still signaling in calls from the sideline and wondered why they would do that. Maybe they knew.
 
I didn't read any of the links, too lazy, but my gawd it all makes sense now! Obviously Cignetti is a cheater, you can tell just by looking at the evil bastard.
He learned from bama and studying Michigan. That explains a lot about how they anticipated our plays both on offense and defense
