NU-Cincy game 2025 may be played

What an odd game to have at an NFL stadium.
It's Cinci's home game and they realize it has no hype or draw as a true home game. We'll just invade their stadium for a blah game. So they moved it to Indy because they knew we would fill it and increase their revenue, plus the increased hype.

We must have sweetened the pot even more to be discussing moving it to KC.

Why is this being played in an NFL stadium at all? Talk about a non-marquee matchup
Because Cincinnatis stadium in like 40k surprising since it is Cinncys home game they just didn’t move it the The Bengals stadium. Never figured out the Indy connection.

Isn't Lucas Oil set up for these types of events? They're used to hosting the Big 10 championship and final fours. Not sure if 100 miles matters but it's slightly closer and maybe has slightly cheaper flights?

This was a home and home, they were supposed to play here in 2020 but Covid struck and it was cancelled. They were supposed to return the visit to Lincoln in 2025 but the teams involved agreed to make the Cincinnati portion a neutral site game, they will play here in a few years. Nippert Stadium (Bearcats home stadium) has undergone some renovations in the past few years and seating was increased although I don't remember to what level. I've been to UC several times nice school, but parking is a bit of a challenge due to location just north of downtown Cincinnati.

It's Cinnci's "home game" and they are trying to get as much $$$ as possible. Arrowhead holds like 77K and Cinnic's largest crowd this year is like 38K.
Arrowhead is a sure way for Cincinnati to cash in on Nebraska fan ticket sales. Makes a lot of sense from a Cincinnati perspective.
