Whats everybody's thought process on players refusing to play in a bowl game due to their NFL Draft status? I understand not wanting to get hurt but what if you were to play in the National Championship game as the starting quarterback and a potential #1 Draft Pick? Would that make a difference versus a starting wide receiver?

Dont you sign a letter of intent (contract) to play football in college for a college education in return? If your physically capable of playing in a game and refuse to do so, what about having to pay back your education? I see both sides of the argument. Just spuring conversation after the topic came up in the Independence Bowl today
