Heat is a classic. Great movie! But it's rarely on TV. Actually, I've seen a lot of movies listed that I love, but just aren't shown on TV enough. Road to Perdition, No Country for Old Men, Big Lebowski, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Fugitive, and Dr. Strangelove are a few that come to mind.
Godfather I and II are in a class by themselves. Could watch those both 100 times (probably have come close to that already)
In the second tier of movies that I like to rewatch at least in part when I see them on:

Pulp Fiction
Basic Instinct
Bull Durham

A lot of good ones mentioned that would be on my list. One that I haven't seen, and I think is a hugely underrated movie, rarely ever see it on any lists, is October Sky. No matter how many times I watch it, I never get tired of it.
And nobody even bothers to mention the best martial arts movie of all time? I'm embarrassed for you guys. BLOODSPORT

Oh yeah. Was always on TBS back in the day. Was one of those my Dad couldn't turn off, no matter what part of the movie it was.

Action: Casino Royale (2006) Eve Green, hot, hot, hot
I like. I think she gets naked in the last 300 movie. Good stuff.
