I really think that Erstad has ruined the confidence of this team by switching the lineup so much. He has hitters in different slots in the lineup every game. They can't find a comfort zone and get a rhythm. I understand trying to find the right lineup, but they need consistency. Players are getting more worried about where they are in the lineup or if they are going to play instead of just playing hard and having fun.
