Nine game conference schedule

The B1G and Delany made a mistake by deciding to play 9 conference games when the SEC only plays 8...

Not only that the majority of the SEC teams play 2 FCS in the regular season..

Winning the conference championship didn't help tOSU this year but if you take away the Iowa game not saying that was their 9 conference game but it hurt them not making the playoffs by getting blown out.

1. Ohio state lost 2 games, Alabama 1
2. Ohio state was beaten handily in both their losses, once giving up 55 to an average team.
3. Ohio State looked average in their championship game
4. Ohio state was still considered for the 4th spot, which is ridiculous
5. The reason they were considered was Alabama's weak strength of schedule
6. Alabama didn't get away with anything, Ohio state isn't that good

It may look like a mistake, but the B1G went to the 9 for schedule strength.

Apparently it didn't help Wisconsin out though... guess maybe the B1G should actually evenly schedule the teams and not schedule how they have been...

Rotate teams consistently. Don't pick and choose matchups.

ACC and SEC play 8 conference games and the majority of them play a FCS team for their other non conference game...

Pac 12 Big 12 and B1G all play 9 conference games which could very likely give certain teams a potential loss compared to a easy win from the ACC or SEC...

How come it never gets brought up that the ACC and SEC only play 8 conference games when it comes down to the ESPN heads?

I'm not pining for tOSU but they did win the conference title and Bama didn't win their division.

What if Bama had to play Georgia for that 9th conference game
