Lots of questions and sorry if this has already been discussed in the past but when a kid is offered an NIL payment, is it a one time deal? For example, if the number offered to DR is truly 2.5 million is it a one time upfront payment? Is it spread out over 4 years? Is it an annual amount (2.5 x 4 = $10 mil)? If the player transfers after 2 years do they keep the full amount, etc? Does it take the place of a scholarship, so not counting towards the 85? I should probably know the answers, but I don't...TIA
