I think he likely will. It seems as if they are trying to smooth things over by getting some receivers; OBJ and now trying to get Hopkins.

if he's there at 9, it's a no brainer

I don't like the off-field stuff and I don't love that he was pretty out of shape during senior day, but it's worth the risk for his upside

I also honestly wouldn't be surprised to see the Bears move back again and take an OT in the middle of the 1st round

As a Vikings fan, I think our new GM is in over his head. I believe he was a diversity hire and has no clue what he’s doing. ☹️ IMO they made a mistake trading for Hockensen. He’s over rated. Too many drops and not fast enough.

Vegas has 3.5 as O/U of WRs drafted in the 1st round

perhaps some opportunity there for enterprising bettors

I think our new QB's former GT running mate turned bama RB Gibbs has a chance to go in the first round, making the 1.5 O/U for running backs pretty interesting

To be honest, I will just sit back in anticipation. What Veach and Reid did the last two years has been nothing short of phenominal.

Karlaftis will be good for many years.

Last year's entire class of 9 guys was on the active roster down the stretch of the season.
Two of their late round (7th?) picks, Jaylen Watson, and Isiah Patchecko were diamonds in the rough. The 2022 rookie class, was one of the best in the NFL, despite picking toward the end of each round.

I agree on the d-tackle, and an O tackle, maybe even a place kicker if Butker's struggle was more than a simple mid season injury.

Later rounds wide receiver maybe....

Buffalo - would love to have Bijan fall to them. Doubt it. I also like the big TE from Georgia. Buffalo needs to develop a run game instead of forcing Josh Allen to make every single play, every single game. I was not a fan of either coordinator this past season. McDermott needs to get better as well.

I think he should be drafted in the third round. He played with a lot of heart and made some big plays for us. But I've heard NFL teams have watched his games against Illinois and some other school with a good corner... Northwestern?.... where he apparently didn't do much. Some view him as a one trick pony... just a deep threat.
