Live look at Lite’s ring cam.
We had one of the few rentals in our neighborhood right next door for the first 18 years we lived here. Some tenants were great, some bad and two should have been thrown in jail. Best thing ever happened 2 years ago is the couple who owned the house got tired of living in their classic old home near downtown (too many stairs), kicked out the worst tenant of the bunch, probably spent $200-300K remodeling the house and moved in.
