Our's busted with car sorta trapped inside. Called Sears toll free and got Rich in Omaha. Does them all it sounds like for Sears. Great guy. Very good price. Perfect job. Was here the next morning. That is old school customer service. He is an old Roncalli guy, we really lucked out. Just a tip.
