About two weeks ago my credit card that I use to subscribe to Rivals got hacked somewhere. We cancelled the card and a new one was issued./ I went into Rivals dot com on the Help tab and managed to get the card info edited. In the process, in re-entering the info I clicked on the first Nebraska sport that I saw, and after completing the transaction, I discovered that I had clicked on Nebraska HS. I have been on the Rivals chat line three different times, and have used the e-mail option at least three times explaining the situation in full all times. I have even completed two surveys sent to me after these failed efforts and have provided all the information each time. I did not want the Nebraska HS membership and still do not want the Nebraska HS membership. When I access Huskers online, I note that "High School" is still showing up, which means I am being held captive as a member of this venue. It is impossible to talk to a live body on Rivals, but I would sure like this additional charge disappear. Does anyone have any idea how I can actually talk to a live body at Rivals? I have been a member since 2005, but that is about to end.
