I was looking for a little bit of advice. I asked our tenant to vacate back in June for delinquency of rent. The initial lease has been up, so it has been a month to month for a couple years. She did not vacate by July 1, but it appears that they have moved out as of this past weekend. However, both husband and wife have had their phones disconnected. There is also a vehicle and camper still parked in the yard.
Since I cannot get a hold of them, and don't know where they live now, am I okay to change the locks and have the vehicles towed if I choose to? Anybody know a good lawyer to consult with in Lincoln?
