I like Tim Miles, and this post is not intended to bash him personally.
However, since he has been at Nebraska, the problem really has not been the talent level or the players themselves. It's the lack of size in his scheme and the teams consistent inconsistency, poor free throw shooting in crunch time and the inability to CLOSE OUT GAMES.
