I look at this site as bullshitting amongst fellow Husker fans. I'm not here to argue or try to sound smarter than other people. Just having conversations about the Huskers. You are the guy at work that doesn't get invited for beers because no one else wants to argue the whole time.

the networks aren't in a weekly draft. they get FOX's leftovers. you know this, and posted as much (albeit also in a misleading manner saying 1st 2 picks instead of 1st 3 (FS1, FOX, BTN))

I haven't looked for the tv schedule and said in my initial post I may be wrong. unlike you I can admit it if so and won't act like a 3rd grader ("o yea, well remember when you said this?!") when confronted with it.

I actually think that might be a Peacock strategy to get all the big name programs on once a year. We'll see if it plays out. They already have the Michigan opener. And PSU the next week. If they put us and OSU on Peacock that is a lot of 1 month subscriptions for the year.

Do the NBC games also aired on Peacock count against the 8? Because I only see 5 exclusively on Peacock. Weeks 1,2,3 are up on the Peacock site plus the ones listed earlier in the thread.

Hey, so I saw the tweet, or X or whatever the f%ck its called, but why do all the NU schedules and TV schedules still say TBA on the Michigan game? When is that actually confirmed?
I still am not seeing the time listed for this game over at Huskermax. Am I missing something here? Has this time been made official?
If we go into that game at 4-0 it is a shame it will not be a night game if that time is accurate. Let's hope the old warbird Memorial Stadium will be rocking anyway. I was at the Oregon game and it was during the day (can't remember if it was an 11:00 or 2:30 start) and that stadium was rocking. One of the loudest games I have ever attended.

big miscalculation on their part if they have two 4-0 teams going into that game. Marquee names, potential big time atmosphere. I get it, even at 4-0, NU probably still not ranked, but Im selfish, and I want that night game magic.
FOX gets the first pick of games it wants and their marqee game is 11:00 and they don’t want to compete with CBS for the 2:30 SEC game so they have more viewers at 11:00 watching their marquee game of the day..
Fans may not prefer the time but why would Fox be sorry? Noon is the preferred/best ratings time slot for televised games on Fox.
Well like Fox or hate them it's good to remember that they're paying a huge chunk of money for those B1G media rights and that distribution of money makes Nebraska among the elite financially in college football.

it's all anyone talks about in B1G country after watching their beloved, financially elite conference go 1-7 in its last 8 playoff games
given the choice of competing on the football field or putting on morally superior airs, the B1G always chooses the latter

I've seen a couple of others pick the Badgers as well. The style of offense Fickel picks will be the determining factor.
