One maybe two hosts go to Omaha. Wow, baseball is a close game with little margin among the top teams. If you are hot, you have a shot to win even if the other guys have better overall talent.

The SEC has been a big disappointment. They had 4 national seeds and 5 Super regional hosts and they will end up with no more than 1 team in the CWS. If Florida happens to lose to Florida State, it will be the first time since 1992 that there are no SEC teams in the CWS.

... couldn't happen to a better fan base.

I will say the CWS takes a dip when the SEC fans aren't there. They come in droves and I always have a blast with them. Don't expect much from many of those other teams unfortunately besides maybe the Texas schools.
