The NCAA is expected to add three more bowl games to the schedule for the 2020 season. One of the new games is expected to be played at Wrigley Field in Chicago, and would feature a Big Ten team vs. an ACC opponent. It is also rumored that Myrtle Beach would be a host of a new bowl game, while the location of the third potential bowl has not yet been determined.
If added, it would increase the number of postseason bowl games to 43 (including the CFB Playoff).
