Not going to post a link because it's on a site who's name is not to be uttered in the halls of the RSS, but what kind of effect, if any, does this have on recruiting? I don't follow it day to day and don't know all the rules so figured I'd ask.
Is this a huge negative or since it's for everybody is it just an inconvenience?
