My wife is right....

Does silver go dangerous end up in the dishwasher basket?

You could take a black light to any of the doorhandles in your house or bathroom and you wouldn’t like what you see.

I probably need to tell her, "Preferably though, they all go down just like you need to do later."

I can get away with saying that, simply because she doesn't have an account on here. 🤣🤣🤣

Where you fukkers put spatulas and ladles? I lay in the top rack. Also, anybody else put a squirt of dishwasher soap on a cup just in case the little soap door don’t open? I don’t take chances

@Laner2 knows a couple special favorite places of his for utensils.

I can't say I have ever lain in the top rack before as I am 6'4.

Maybe this is Red Baloney Pony's shower regimen. God speed, sir.

I'm not sure she did while she was with me, but I later heard from her friends it was a good move to move on. She was a big fan of the D.

Leave it to me to correlate proper diawashing etiquette with this. 🤣
If not anymore, tysm for everything you have done for me. Tysm for your warmth and time

This thread makes me chuckle because I load the DW completely different than my wife. It's chaos if she partially loads it and then I go to put more in later, I'm like "WTF is this bull$h_t???" Bowls in the middle, cups on the side! Plates on the bottom facing right, not left!
I’m the one that loads it, and she comes behind me and reloads it.

Even when facing up, you can grab the silverware's stem. That's the way it is in my world.
Exactly... do people not realize that the holes in the utensil section is built for spoons and forks to be face up? It is what it is, but I have done both ways and it is clear they get properly clean when up

It really doesn’t matter which way they’re facing when the idiots I live with put 99% of them in the first slot to the point that it’s overflowing.

At first I read it as my wife is tight. And I was thinking "hey good for you man".

As to the silverware. **** if I know. Only thing I do know is you are all assholes with shitty knives. YOU WASH QUALITY KNIVES BY HAND. Dishwasher knocks them around and dulls the edge. Heathens.
Correct! Never wash sharp knives in a dishwasher. Ever.

Seems like a pain in the ass. What’s the point of face up? I don't see why a rational human would do this

Only unload the dishwasher after washing your hands. What are you from Iowa or something?
Clean hands are fleeting. Just plain dumb to put your spoons and forks face up, but about 1/3rd of the country is pretty retarded so the survey results confirm this..

I have done 3 dishwasher loads since this thread began. I have thought about the thread the entire time. Damn you OP!

FWIW, we are / have become a nation of weenies. The settlers who gave us this great country never had 1 thought of how their silverware was touched before/after washing hands or having the cleanliest household. There has never been a recorded instance - that I am aware of - in the history of the USA where a death occurred by silverware (unless it was used as a shank in a prison rape scenario, which is totally different). Now get off my lawn as I have clouds to chase. :)

Clean hands are fleeting? You live in a barn or what? 😆
