"Talking Season" being fully underway, it goes without saying that predictions come with the territory.

I don't claim to know everything, or have all the answers. But these are MY PERSONAL preseason rankings from what I've read and discovered about the various teams. Some teams I know less about - like how TCU is currently doing after last year's near-debacle, falling from national title game of 2022.
