MSU just went for a BIG drive, 81 yards, mostly running with surgical passes thrown in. Wash St looks flat.
I am watching it and I didn't realize it was on.Didnt realize it was on

Washington St was very flat last year in their bowl game against Minnesota too. Not a post-season team.
That was a thing of beauty and sure brought back memories. They just executed a great screen as well.MSU gettin out the old option followed by option pass for a deep touchdown!
Did not know that. Wish I would have wagered this game then. This year they don't have their starting QB in the bowl game.

But for some, Leach is a great coach.Washington St was very flat last year in their bowl game against Minnesota too. Not a post-season team.
I took MSU 2nd half at -1.5Wished I knew that before I made by bet tonight...
Wasn't aware till the game started.![]()
I took MSU 2nd half at -1.5
Seemed to good to be true which usually gets you into trouble but I took it anyway. We'll see....
Whew. MSU covered!

That's another giant Osborne era myth. He played top 10 teams in the bowls nearly every single year. Most of the bowl losses came against top 5 opponents. When you look at his bowl record against teams ranked 6-20, it's pretty damn good. The 7 year bowl losing streak from 87-93 we played a team that finished either #1 or #2. 3 of the teams we played during that stretch won the national title. 4 teams finished #2 in the rankings. We were insanely freaking good the entire time Osborne was coaching here. I don't know why these myths keep popping up that sell Osborne and those teams short.'
Dr. Tom wasn't great in bowls either.

Very triggered.Triggered much? Just pointing out don't judge a coach by their performance in one game.

Yes. These guys think that. And they Also believe blo's 6 wins in JV ball this year were as good as 9, so there's thatSo you're saying because he played a good team a loss was as good as a win? Lol...
Basically you pointed out that when Tom met a team that had talent on par or better than his, he usually had his ass handed to him.
Personally I think he's right THIS TIMEYes. These guys think that. And they Also believe blo's 6 wins in JV ball this year were as good as 9, so there's that
I agree. Have to have studs to compete. For so long Husker nation has been trying to tell themselves it isn't true.Personally I think he's right THIS TIMEwhen it comes to Osborne's bowl record. When you look at it, he didn't lose because he was out coached. It always was because he had been out recruited. Those teams he lost to were loaded with NFL players. He also beat some teams that were loaded with NFL talent.
It was never 14-14? Wazzu went up 3-0.. then MSU scored at least 35 unanswered. It was 21-3 at halftime.Sigh it was 14-14 2nd half

Oh ok.. yeah I misread the original posts. I think some gambling sites will give you action on second half scores like that. The 2nd half scores for each team were 14 and 14.

Nope. 2nd half only spread was MSU -1.5I don't think that's how it works (unless you meant MSU +1.5).
