I know it's a sore subject, but we're knees deep in Dog Days right now. I'd have to say the Corell Buckhalter fumble at the 1 yard line against Texas down in Austinback in '99 gets my vote. That team was so good with an amazing defense and I'm confident they would have fared better against Florida state and Peter Warrick in the Sugar Bowl.
