I voted Fleck, surprised Frost was not included.
Hoiberg should be an option. He would also be the runaway winner.
While I am tempted to get cute here and say, like others on here, "where is Frost on this list?' But I do not dislike Frost personally or even as a coach. He has just underperformed here due to his desire to bring all of his old coaches with him, which was a huge mistake. That said... I voted for Fleck.

Chryst. Allen would be my second choice. Fleck is creepy, but he's not as big of an a-hole as Chryst and Allen in my opinion.

difficult after Paul Chryst yelled at Frost terrible cuss words on live TV, that did it for me. As far as I know Fleck hasn't used profanities towards other coaches.
It's not Fleck's style to use a lot of profanity and act super tough and gruff like most football coaches do. Instead he tries to motivate and stay positive...which rubs some people the wrong way.
