Most disappointing season

Was reading an old article and I had totally forgotten that B Reilly was on the preason Biletnikoff watch list. What a disappointing season he had. (obviously a lot due to injury)

But got me thinking who had the most disappointing season relative to the preseason hype? (Due to injury or performance)

I think you could argue any of the below:
Armstrong
Reilly
Ozigbo
Carter
Knevel
Freedom
