IMO opinion Moos needs to do 2 things to make his mark on this program as that's why I think he came here at his age.
He will need to keep the Husker nation entertained and hopeful at the same time and with our given state that may be hard to do.
1. Obviously a new coach that most can get behind and believe in.
2. Start a huge construction project on Memorial Stadium. He is going to have to enhance the fans experience to keep them entertained while trying to build the football team.
A. NFL type seating(actual seats) in most areas while keeping some of the bench seating to create different level pricing.
B. Re-do the South end zone with a whole different fan experience with open area and bar and what not. This could keep fans intrigued and continue to keep the game day experience in Lincoln awesome until we build this thing back up and really enjoy the product on the field to boot.
