I am not pleased that Rivals message boards were out for the last day and there was no way to contact Rivals or determine whether the problem was isolated to my machine. I know there was a "working on it" message up, but after awhile that isn't sufficient. I suggest that we either have a phone number we can actually call since the "contact us" link was also out or that you at least post a headline message on the home site letting us know what's going on.
