In a span of a week, Fleck lost his DB coach to TAMU and today Ed Warriner left for Michigan. Both were responsible for recruiting MN’s 3-4star commits. With Warriner, there was a lot of friction between him and the TE Coach (Brian Callahan) who was Fleck’s OL coach at Western Michigan but wasn’t good enough to be his O-line coach at MN. Callahan is now going to be the O-Line coach with Warriner gone...like he should have been all along.

Makes you appreciate even more the value of Frost bringing his entire staff with him. If they are good enough to help you go 13-0 at UCF, then they are good enough for Nebraska. Fleck learning some hard lessons.
