Only a fair comparison IF you are giving the talent level and depth that each had to work with. Hoke's only obvious hole in his recruiting was at QB. That's a HUGE one and cost Hoke his job, but Harbaugh was able to patch it somewhat with a grad transfer. We had WAY too many holes on our depth chart to even think about patching it with ONE guy. Let's see what we can do this next year with a better linebacker depth chart and hopefully some young guys stepping up at DE. I agree that the jury is still out on Riley but I'm good with riding this pony for at least another couple of years.Best not to compare Harbaugh and Riley. Nothing good can come of that.
