Our schedule is ridiculously soft (the people who think Rutgers and Indiana are good make me laugh)
We’ll lose to ohiost and another team because of talent, then a 3rd because of coaching

With all the shortcomings this season, if we continue to take care of the football, we will win several of these down the stretch.
Yikes, Kong so far as optimistic as anyone. How do most only see 1 or 2 more wins? Nebraska is a tier better than Iowa, UCLA, and Wisc. Same tier as Ind and Usc.
I think the split vs Ind and Usc.
No worse than 2-1 in the other 3.

But I think they get 1 upset. Maybe even OSU in a trap game between Oregon and Penn St.

If we play to our potential then 8-4 or 9-3 sounds about right. Going 1-5 or 2-4 in the last six games would confirm some of the shortcomings of the staff.
I’m only concerned about winning the next game. Gets us bowling and pressure is off the players. If we lose, I could see a downward spiral of doubt. Here’s to going 6-1 in 2 weeks
Officiating against Nebraska has been bad. It will cost us a game or two.
I think Nebraska is more than capable of winning all of the games but Ohio State. I also believe Nebraska could lose several because it is hard to win in college football.
I will enjoy the next week off from riding the roller coaster but plan on hopping back on October 19th.

We are a B1G screw job away from being 6-0 and in the Top 10-15.

I thought after the Northern Iowa game that this team still has a long way to go and is very much a work in progress.
I didn’t post that here because everyone was gulping down the kool-aid and any kind of criticism was met with flames.
The only thing I said was that they would have to play better to beat Illinois. And that wasn’t even a criticism, just an observation.
Look, Nebraska is better than they were last year, but they are still miles away from where we want them to be. Which is being nationally relevant and being contenders. They are still a year or two away from that.
If NU wins the next game, that will be an impressive win and gets them bowl eligible. That’s all I care about.

8-4. We should end 9-3 because I think we beat Indiana, UCLA, Wisconsin and Iowa but we’ll pull a Nebraska and lose to one of those teams. I don’t know what to think of Indiana. Maryland is the only team with a winning record that they have played so I’m not sure if they’re good or have just played crap competition.

We get tommy hill back and with how wright is playing we shut down in offense. Media will disrespect our team and Rhule gets the guys motivated, win by 10+
A lot of our fans have fallen for the Big Ten fiction of some of these crap teams because "good"
Indiana will be ranked and undefeated and at home vs NU...and the line will still be under a TD either way.
Rutgers might be one of the worst teams I have ever seen.
Iowa doesn't even attempt to compete at a high level and even their dorky fans are PRAYING that their lame coach finally stops holding the school hostage and will retire...with the most Big Ten losses ever for a head coach.
I think 7 wins is likely, IMO.

I agree with this. I looked at Indiana's schedule and they have played nobody with a defense. tOSU game will be a loss. UCLA should be a comfortable win. The last 3 games will be interesting. USC is a second half team and this seems to be Neb problem. Wiscy and Iowa will be mental exercises and we will see how they have grown in this part of the game. I expect 3-4 wins
I actually think we win in 2 weeks. Dylan had an off day (yesterday), the O-Line needs repair. I'm very ecstatic w/ the BLACKSHIRTS. White has done a tremendous job. We actually know that he turned at least 1 HC jobs to stay here. That tells me alot.

I mean, The huskers suck too. The reason these crappy teams have been getting wins vs NU is not because they are good teams it has been because NU has been lame.
