Men’s NCAA final 4

I have two tickets and four nights hotel (Hotel Indigo) I’m considering parting ways with for the Men’s NCAA Final 4 in San Antonio TX.
Hotel is for Friday through Monday night. March 30-April 3. The hotel is located near the Riverwalk. Something came up at work and my gal & I can’t make it.
