2024 starting Huskers offense includes:
QB Raiola 5*
RB - Dante Dowell now a VERY TALENTED option here to be RB1 (high end 4*)
TE/HB C. Nelson (highest possible TE ranking 4*)
WR Malachi Coleman 4* (some say 5*)
WR J. Lloyd (high 3*/4*)
WR TBD (Depth & versatility & potential cornerstone WR's in Coleman/Lloyd)
TE Fidone / Nelson / rotation again for run game efficiency - Nelson can be that hybrid WR/TE everyone wants
OL Brix (high end 4*/should have been 5*)
OL/OG (Florida transfer who is instant upgrade starter)
etc.
Husker defense without ANY real chance to build the roster out was fantastic in 2023 & Tony White is hottest commodity out there among young AC's it seems (or trending that way and ideally grooming Knighton or Dvoracek to replace him in 2 years):
Adds Keona Wilhite (in this defense he can just be terrifying really - 8 sacks last year & he'll be given primo chances to get to the QB here next to the DL grinders (Nash going to be sneaky fast I think - Rhule ok'd the weight loss & he can be more dangerous somewhere in between his weights while still holding down as a true NT)
Secondary showed flash and they are calling Tommi Hill a potential 2nd or 1st round CB in another year
