I believe I have all the tiebreakers figured out in these 4 scenarios.

If Nebraska wins and Rutgers wins

11 - Rutgers
12 - Nebraska
13 - Northwestern
14 - Minnesota
15 - USC
16 - Iowa

If Nebraska wins and Minnesota wins

11 - Minnesota
12 - Nebraska
13 - Rutgers
14 - Northwestern
15 - USC
16 - Iowa

If Rutgers wins and Iowa wins

11 - Rutgers
12 - Minnesota
13- Northwestern
14 - USC
15 - Iowa
16 - Nebraska

If Minnesota wins and Iowa wins

11 - Minnesota
12 - Rutgers
13 - Iowa
14 - USC
15 - Northwestern
16 - Nebraska

So if Nebraska wins it would either play (13)Rutgers or Northwestern on Wednesday afternoon and then would have to face (5)Wisconsin Thursday and (4)UCLA Friday.
