I know that this gets stated every year in some form, but just looking at the pictures of the Blackshirts from today's practice, these guys just look a lot better than they have in the past. They look bigger, more cut, and more mature than I have seen since 2009/2010.
Freedom looks like a complete different body type over even last season. I know that a lot of people are worried about Alex Davis, but it's not because of his physical look.
It just seems like we may have finally gotten our coaching staff and strength/conditioning shit together. Man I can't wait.
