Long Snapper candidate?

For any college athlete to practice long snapping daily and not be good at it is a disgrace to all of athletics all over the globe all throughout history.
… yes I’m on the #FireFoley wagon.

Said it before and ill say it again…

I GUARANTEE they have a better LS on their team that actually plays a position than what was thrown out there this year.

However, it is too inconvenient for the special teams coach when that is the situation.
Yikes

Hey I get it to some degree, and I don’t know any specific dudes that can do it, but I know with 9000 dudes that they had/have a serious LS on their team somewhere.
That's exactly what I said a week or so ago. There's a hidden talent there somewhere.
The dudes with the big wingspan are naturals for that job because they develop a lot of tork from extended arms prior to their rear end on release.

Long snapping well is kind of hard isn't it?

I mean Adam Treu had a long NFL career mainly due to his long snapping. Enabled him to have a career with the Raiders when he might have been cut early in it.

HH would be a problem for the receiving team. He's big, strong and fast. He could also be the holder for kicks to allow for some fakes.
I believe it was Jay Moore who said last year that he would advise ANY guy with aspirations to play in the NFL to play special teams and learn how to long snap. The more stuff you can put on film the better the odds you can make a team because of the roster limits. IF you're a TE, LB, Safety, etc, you can really help your chances. Linebackers are a good fit to long snap.
