The world has some clowns in it. SA has some terrorists in it. Far cry from what you said. Get better
I know what I meant. You’re just being annoying at this point. Probably mad that 9/11 is being questioned or whatever. Go be a woman to someone else

Lol, turn off the tv. They’re not savages. 99.999999999999999+ % of their population had nothing to do with anything.

Our country is awesome. But those at the top have played us for far too long pushing endless wars and pocketing billions
Read some actual unbiased reporting on the subject. Reuters is a reasonably reliable source. Not all Saudis applauded the 911 terrorists but they were in the minority.

Keep in mind - any nation is going to believe what they’ve grown up to believe and what they have been told to believe. The fact that people were applauding or believed it was a good thing more tells me they were taught to believe it. I’m not going to judge people out of ignorance … now their leaders on the other hand…

Fortunately we would never be exposed to inaccurate propaganda in the US of A.

When all you get on tv is AlJazeera… kind of like if all you watch is MSNBC or CNN. Watch em all. Then read the Wall Street Journal for hard facts.

Am glad we bombed the shit out of Al-Queda and killed BinLaden, but our gubmint is far more criminal.

Stupid thing for Bryson to say, but anyone here losing their shit about this LIV deal being a ‘sportswashing of their sins’ needs to take a good hard look at Washing DC and shut the f*ck up. Seriously. Hypocrisy on display.

Forgive and forget? Well if history is the barometer, the USA did it in rather quick fashion with Germany and Japan. But in both instances, these two countries found a free market system and non totalitarian central control over all human endeavors and speech. Saudi Arabia now? Lol. Ask women and people of some non-traditional social norms how they feel? Without looking over their back or just declining to say or do what they think or want to do.

Germany? Free speech? Present time? You're joking right?

Yeah, the guy is terrible for saying he wants a peaceful world. Let's face it, humans are the most dangerous species on the planet and will remain so until the end unfortunately. What happened on 9/11 was horrendous and like 12/7/41 will forever be a day of remembrance for the American people.

Don't forget America killed an estimated 200,000 Japanese with the two atomic bombs we dropped and those killed were mostly citizens not soldiers of the empire. So Bryson is not wrong for wanting peace in the world. Don't get me wrong, I hated what the terrorist did on 9/11 and wished nothing but the worst punishment for those involved.

If we are going to survive as a species on this rock we have to change our ways, the hating and killing for whatever reasons will doom us in the end if we don't.

What’s your plan for reducing the earth’s population?

I say this as a constitutional conservative - do you think other nations and their people ever view the US as terrorists?
No doubt there was that view as they watched us incinerate thousands of conscripts in Iraq and the occasional peasant in Afghanistan mistaken for Al Qaeda ops. War is a dirty business but what we were doing in those places was a far cry from crashing passenger jets intentionally in to buildings filled with thousands of civilians.

This is probably your worst take ever.
that WSJ article may as well be copped from the Babylon Bee

but, no, 100% serious

hilariously hacktastic. I wouldn't wash my windows with that fish wrapper

We’re definitely on an unsustainable course. I fear for my grandchildren. I would say that the odds are good that there will be another pandemic or worldwide famine that will come in to play in the next 20 years. Our national security apparatus 20 years ago was already planning for food riots. I listened to a high ranking Navy Seal speak on that topic and Iraq back then.

It’s a somewhat conservative voice but it’s now probably the rag with most journalistic integrity left in the US. Personally I think Reuters lately has been pretty fair for wire services.

it happily contributed all it could to the fear mongering

if you think the Murdochs care one iota about "hard facts" you are beyond help

I'm sure this Monday's edition will be a doozy

tabloids have a higher batting average

The only way there is a world wide famine will be because it will be self-inflicted. Banning the use of fertilizer and pesticides, as well as killing livestock (because they fart too much) is virtually the only possible scenario for doom and gloom famine. The other extremely remote scenario is a catastrophic planetary event — but that will take care of the population, not from famine.

The worlds most wealthy and influential people, those actually capable of shaping the world’s geopolitical landscape, would definitely agree with you. Should read the WEF transcripts sometime… they’re ‘activists’ in the personification of the word, and they’ll freely admit they’ll stop at nothing…

Makes me wonder what their selected mode of population reduction would be? Do YOU think they’d be content to wait for ‘another pandemic or worldwide famine’, or do you think they’d be proactive with the collective Trillions of dollars at their disposal?

I’m a Christian so my hope for the world lies elsewhere than the elites. I’m just saying that flying in and out of Phoenix yesterday drove home the fact that we can’t sustain the things we’re doing now.

I’m not a global warming alarmist. I just think (as did that Navy Seal) that we’re going to reach the point quickly where our lifestyles are going to be changed dramatically. Water shortages are already a problem in areas and that is likely going to get worse. They’ve shut down irrigation in multiple locations. Remember areas in the Middle East that are deserts now were once lush farmlands and vineyards.

The food shortages we saw during COVID should wake people up to how close to the knife we are. The BLM riots will look like a party compared to what happens if a serious food or water crisis in our cities happens and it’s possible

Everything they push reduces the pop

-Covid fear
-unnecessary shots
- gay/trans/ weirdos
- autism
- modern medicine
- fear based stress
- illegal immigration
- diversity
- climate fear

They are a death cult.

We’re closer to the edge than you think.

Not according to the consensus of unbiased, independent academics. We’ve been on the edge for 60+ years. I suppose one of these days you will be right but not in our lifetime — or even our grandchildren’s lifetime.

You sound like a conspiracy theorist! Oh wait… most of those things are facts. Sry.

What strikes me most as a doc is all of the autoimmunity and deathly allergies that exist that were nonexistent when a lot of us here were kids. They’ve exploded just in the last couple years. Can’t figure out why. Can anyone come up with a better explanation than forced vaccination? We have the FDA to ensure that all the preservatives loaded into our fast-food are completely innocuous, right?
