In light of Goodrich's comments about Riley getting another year, let's assume that Riley gets another year. What staff changes (keep it realistic) would you like to see and would you recommend to Bill Moos?
For example, I would recommend canning Cav and Langs ASAP, and replacing them with Les Miles (O line coach) and either Jim McElwain or Brett Beilema as OC. A bit of a reach maybe, but we could pay them well enough to make it worth their time and rebuild their credibility.
