We are so lucky to call Lavonte a Husker, an awesome guy.
He single handedly won us the comeback against OSU
It was Sean Fisher who knocked out Braxton Miller and forced them to play Husker legend Joe Bauserman.
Him and Superman Rex Burkhead.
David is the one who stripped him.
No kiddin'. Then the very next series, Fisher stuck Miller in the ankle with his helmet and knocked him out, and OSU got just 2 first downs the rest of the game. One fumble notwithstanding, Nebraska had difficulty stopping Miller and would likely not have stopped them from putting more points on the board 🤷🏻♂️
Wasn't there a guy called Rozier the went to JUCO.
Danny Woodhead was also too small to play at Nebraska and the NFL. Played 9 seasons.
