I just spoke with him and he is indeed taking his official visit to Nebraska this weekend, which will be his last trip before making his college decision.
His other two finalists are Texas and Miami, and he said that he has had more time to develop a relationship with their staffs, but that the Nebraska staff has been working hard to make up for their short time on the job in Lincoln.
Carson said that his decision is going to come down to relationships and where he feels the most comfortable, so this weekend in Lincoln he will be looking to see how the gels with the new Husker staff.
Carson said he should have a final decision sometime during the week after he returns from Nebraska. He said that he could wait to make his decision on his birthday of January 19 or it could come earlier than that.
