That's a little harsh. I am a long time Husker Fan & former Nebraska season ticket holder. I now live in SEC country and I am just reporting what I am hearing down here in Georgia. Lane was born in Lincoln & Monty still works with him at Ole Miss. Would Lane consider taking over Nebraska for 3-4 years and then replacing Saban at Alabama??? YES........he would IMO. This is a legitimate POST.

Nobody should want the Alabama job after Saban. Replacing a guy who has won 6 national titles won't end well
