He has a huge commitment from the school and associated groups. The school has done well in the recent past. Scott sees talent all around him; he wants character to build on, an easy numbers game for him.... His record this year will include near misses. Early on this year, they lost by a big score at Michigan - Scott was unbowed; stating bluntly, that statistically he felt they had won the battles among the lines - pretty defiant in what he sees coming in his vision. He has a plan; he would have been very inspiring here - there was a plan for the hire here, and it involved recruiting and a lot of NFL contacts ( also working well ). As many here are saying, top reason was timing - you can debate the lesser from there ! GBR
He is very astute; he will turn that program, and could blow it up into something pretty stalwart. Didn't Boise ( that talent hotbed ) do it ???
