Can't recall a player making such a quantum leap from one season to the next both in terms of his play on the field and his leadership off of it. Listening to him during yesterday's presser, and he absolutely gets it - and he's not afraid to say what's on his mind. Looking forward to seeing him throughout the next year and a half.
