Keyshawn Jr to announce...

No worries little Buckeye, no one is worked up over this nor worried. The kid has been recruiting for the Huskers about as hard as the coaches are. And im very glad Urban isn't high on KJJ, less to worry about. If hes anything close to his dads talent, he'll own any set of DBs put in front of him. But its all good brotha, we have seen the signs for awhile now, seen the tweets between him, Lamar Jackson and others about shocking the world (which wouldn't exactly happen if he signed with USC or OSU...reading between the lines here, its apperant there meaning Cali boys to Nebraska). Good luck next year, hope we send you guys back with a loss.

I dont believe i heard KJJ visiting Clemson or any of the other teams 5 times and now going on 6 times. Nor have i heard KJJ push or help recruit USC, Clemson or any other school...im thinking this is just OSU HOPING we don't land a son of a NFL elite WR more then anything else. But you maybe right, hes visited few times else wheres but hasn't been to any of them 6 times nor helping them recruit. And coaching bond comes from his, dad, Keshawn Johnson Sr...hes very close with Riley and it has transfered to his son (again his going to visitbfor his 6th time or is it 7th now?) So i highly doubt KJ Sr is close to all these other teams like he is Riley. Again this is just OSU hoping we don't this kid more then anything...sorry its going to happen, all signs are there.

I don't think OSU is "hoping" that Nebraska doesn't get the son of a NFL elite receiver. If things change KJJ may move up their board but seeing players like him going to other Big 10 teams not named Michigan is good for Ohio State.

I'm excited about the possibilities, but it just seems like "package deals" almost never end up happening.

A lot could happen in the next year, but Darnay's Crystal Ball is 75% Stanford right now. Gebbia is 60% for Ole Miss.

Bleacher Report seems to think USC is a slight favorite for Keyshawn Jr. I know Keyshawn Sr. loves Riley but he also had a big influence on Helton getting the permanent job at USC, and Helton had him speaking to the team and hanging around the program a lot after Sark was fired.

We will see soon enough with KJJ, he's invested a lot of time and effort with us, as much as we have invested in him. If we miss on KJJ that would be a huge downer because it would effect Holmes and Gebbia a lot as well....i really think his influence is helping with those 2 greatly. Ole Miss got a 5 star top QB last year and appears to be heading to probation of some type, so hopefully with all that it helps us pull Gebbia. Now Holmes, theres no knock on Stanford or the Huskers. I think he may have a shot at starting or playing earlier at Nebraska but Stanford does have that higher education deal going for them, lets see what he wants more, more or early playing time for a blue blood program building there selfs back to the top or a higher education and a top notch team and possibly Pac 12s top team Stanford? Im praying and crossing my fingures with these 3, it could make our recruiting season a monster or it could be very average without any of them.
