KC Area Watch Site: Minsky's, Callahan's, or others?

I'll be in KC for the Chiefs game this weekend. We are staying in Westport, but don't mind driving a bit. What is my best option for a watch site? Hoping for good food, a good selection of craft beer, and a lot of Husker fans.
