Forgot one minor item…..Can't blame for the kid hesitating. Don't officially know your DC and possibly position coach or even what role you play in the new D.
Wouldn't blame him for that either.Forgot one minor item…..

I think it's more relationship building than sales.Rhule is a good salesperson. I think we can all agree on that.
This is a big get. Big, fast, athletic. Now we've got to find the best position to play him at. Could they just make our Richard Sherman and play him at corner? Or WR? Outside backer?
Have you ever been in sales? The best ones at it are great because they build relationships and trust.I think it's more relationship building than sales.
Yes and I understand that. But others don't so I made that post to emphasize the relationship side. There's also just a flat out great worth ethic involved. Under Frost and Bo in particular, we routinely lost a similar or even lesser caliber recruits after other schools got interested. They did not build the relationships. They put in minimal effort, if that. Rhule seems to be doing a much better job of holding onto recruits. Simpson and Jeremiah Jones are two examples of this. We easily lose both of those kids under the lazier and easier to dislike HCs.Have you ever been in sales? The best ones at it are great because they build relationships and trust.
