Not so much basketball as IWCC isnt all that in basketball. But baseball and football they are very good and should be used as a juco route for kids that want to be here nad are good enough to be here but dont have the grades yet.
I watched my son's juco play IWCC this spring and they had some dudes. They had this LH guy CJ Richmond who is listed at like 6'3" 230 that hit a homer that was about as hard as I've seen a ball hit. Hit a tree outside the fence and bounced back in.
Then they dress them up like little prostitots... My daughter did this for one year and I pulled her from it. The only thing she got out of it was how to do make-up like a hooker and look 10 years older than she was.
Love he flipped but its sad when high school kids can see that the previous pitching coach was a buddy hire instead of a hire to help better the program.
Not sure about this, the previous coach already had higher rated locals in the class (Harrahill and Timmerman). Kneifl doesn’t throw hard and played weak competition even by Nebraska standards. I’m glad he’s in the fold and hope he’s a stud! He’s already one thing that those other guys aren’t - left handed!
One has to be wondering about Servais and company. He had a good run but the program has started to struggle lately
Nice flip today getting Nowaczyk from Elk North. Left hander really knows how to pitch and has matured physically into someone that can bring it a little bit. I'm excited about the local arms that will be in the program the next couple years.
