It's Time we beat Michigan in Basketball today.

Damn....that was a rough sequence...UM makes to FT's, then Shields misses the front-end of a 1 and 1, then a dunk by UM. Down by 6 under 2:00

Michigan must watch a lot of tape on Lebron because they flop more than he does.

Make you damn free throws. That kept Nebraska from having a chance to win. Frustrating.

I watched the entire game and don't think the refs were nearly as bad as this thread makes them out to be. We lost. When you don't guard a giant in the middle for easy layups and don't make free throws, you lose.

We didn't shoot enough FT's to make a difference. 6-9. They were 20-23. Getting out rebounded by 8 didn't help either. They were 11-21 from 3s. We were 6-22. That was IMO the difference. You won't win many games when the other team is over 50% from 3

Shoot bad, lose. Back to reality.

Play poorly against an extremely hot shooting NCAA Tournament and still have a shot at getting the W late in the game.

Tough loss, but also very impressed how we hung around, especially since it seemed like we couldn't get a single bounce to go our way all day long.

Love Shields, but those missed FTs are killers.
I don't think Shavon was 100% for this game. He got hurt against MSU, and hit the floor pretty hard early on after a rare foul actually called in the first half. He looked like he was moving pretty gingerly after that, and was subbed for quite a bit the rest of the half. Really sucks, because he's normally our most consistent free throw shooter.
