I'm going to the Rose Bowl to see our ranked Huskers kick UCLA's ass next season. In case anyone cares. Haha

Perhaps not, but the inevitable depression, doom and gloom that inevitably follows another disappointing season is in fact detrimental.I don’t understand why people are surprised by this, or even frustrated that this would be the case. Of course people will be drinking the koolaid. It happens everywhere. And I don’t think it’s so terrible and detrimental that this happens.
Unfortunately, Iowa rarely needs a QB to beat Nebraska. He needed surgery and will miss all Spring practice.
He is most worthy of Iowa.
Iowa sucks

How so? Judging by this board, even those who have low expectations are filled with doom and gloom regardless. Rather than live 24/7 in doom and gloom, I’d rather have a reprieve from that until the season goes south. Once the season goes south, I can be disappointed. But to have disappointment as a starting point seems dumb to me.Perhaps not, but the inevitable depression, doom and gloom that inevitably follows another disappointing season is in fact detrimental.
