Sometimes teams start slow against bad teams. Last year Northwestern was even worse than this year and they were tied 7-7 with Ohio State.

As bad as Northwestern is looking in the 2nd half vs Penn State, they still look better than Iowa.

Northwestern is probably mediocre (which is a compliment considering how I thought they'd look this year) and Penn State decided to sleep walk for a half in a 11 am road game after a whiteout. Not much to take away really. Maybe that Drew Allar for Penn State hasn't been comfortable on the road. Going to be an issue if he plays like that in Columbus.
